Your Area of Responsibility

• You support our consultants in professional customer service
• You efficiently handle administrative tasks and always keep an overview
• You communicate confidently in German and use your negotiation skills in telephone contact with insurance companies, our customers, and co-brokers
• You actively participate in projects and help shape the future together

Your Profile

• You bring professional experience from the insurance sector
• Training completed EFZ Private Insurance, VBV Insurance Broker or higher
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic and service-oriented environment and work reliably and precisely even in hectic times
• You are motivated and a good team player
• You want to learn something new every day and develop professionally
• You are flexible in a changing environment
• You have an affinity for IT systems and the MS Office suite
