• Implementation and execution of personal account bookkeeping with reconciliation to financial accounting and upstream departments
• Monitoring of credit policies as well as conducting risk classifications
• Creditworthiness checks and monitoring
• Dunning and open items management
• Handling of doubtful receivables and legal cases in cooperation with our law firm

• solid commercial training and further education
• at least 5 years of professional experience in this area, ideally in large-scale hotels or equivalent services
• up-to-date knowledge in the mentioned factual and legal areas
• good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• confident IT skills within financial accounting and hotel-specific software, MS Office
• independent, systematic, and thorough working style
• goal- and solution-oriented team player
