What you can contribute

• Carry out transport of equipment, goods and people for the benefit of SWISSCOY and KFOR
• Collaborate in the planning and organisation of convoys (e.g. supply convoys between the deployment sector and Switzerland)
• Perform minor maintenance and repair work on service vehicles
• Ensure the safety of transported goods and compliance with transport regulations
• Depending on the situation and as part of the Swiss detachment for freedom of movement (Freedom of Movement Detachment), undertake tasks to guarantee KFOR mobility

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the transport sector and with various large heavy vehicles (truck, coach, tanker truck and/or crane)
• Completed recruit or cadre school in the Swiss Army; Swiss women without basic military training undergo corresponding function-specific training
• Civil driving licence (min. category CE and/or D)
• Knowledge of German (at least level A1), for your own safety and that of your comrades, as well as to ensure effective collaboration with members of the Austrian contingent and local personnel
