Negishi Sushi x Bento, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations and bento boxes, the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The team takes care of both on-site guests and incoming delivery orders. The venue, centrally located at Altstetten station, has a few seats and specialises in the "Sushi To Go" concept. It therefore offers the ideal opportunity to take sushi away or pre-order online for take-away.
To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated
Operations Manager (m/f) 100% from 1 September 2026, or by arrangement
Your diverse tasks:
Recruiting, introducing, training and coaching employees 👩 🏫
Planning staff deployments including time tracking 📋
Adhering to the budget 💰
Carrying out daily and monthly closings including monthly inventory 📊
Managing the operation according to our business policy principles and guidelines 🏢
Your talents & experience:
Completed vocational training in gastronomy and at least G2 further education 👩 🍳
Several years of experience in service 🍽️
Enjoy working in a small team 🤝
Hands-on mentality 🛠️
Good German skills, any additional language an advantage 🗣️
