What to expect

• You take on the professional product owner responsibility for product development, underwriting and claims processes in the new core system.
• You analyse business requirements, structure them and translate them into clear process and system requirements.
• You develop future-proof solutions for cyber as well as for property and liability products together with specialist departments, IT and programme management.
• You prioritise requirements and ensure pragmatic, value-oriented implementation.
• You ensure that processes are implemented professionally correctly, operationally efficiently, regulatorily clean and understandable for users.
• You accompany the implementation from conception through testing and acceptance to introduction into operational business and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• You ensure transparency, commitment and progress in implementation, identify improvement potentials and continuously develop the core processes end-to-end, also involving external network partners.

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in the insurance environment, ideally in product development, underwriting and claims as well as in business analysis or process design.
• You have very good knowledge of the cyber market as well as the associated processes and requirements including after-sales servicing.
• You have experience in structuring business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions and professional specifications.
• You have a good understanding of core systems, digital processes and collaboration between business and IT.
• You are characterised by high initiative, a strong implementation orientation and great motivation to take responsibility in a transformation environment.
• Ideally, you have good knowledge of property and liability insurance in the retail and commercial sectors.
• You have very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage.
