- Managing the sales point according to target specifications, instructions and guidelines
- Ensuring the implementation and compliance with quality standards
- Ensuring process organisation and sales readiness
- Planning and implementing sales promotion measures
- Recruitment and deployment planning of personnel
- Leading and promoting subordinate employees
- Key figure analysis
Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail, initial experience in a similar role advantageous
- Leadership experience
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good knowledge of German
- High commitment and willingness to perform
- Motivation/willingness for training and further education
- Flexibility regarding work assignments
Training takes place in several sales points within the following area: Region Upper Valais, Visp, Brig, Zermatt and Goms
