Your Tasks
- In this responsible position, you significantly contribute to the holistic, educational, and social psychiatric support of adults with diverse disabilities and challenging behavior
- You accompany the integration of users into their social environment
- You are actively involved in the conception and further development of innovative approaches, especially at the interfaces between psychiatry and disability assistance, to create sustainable participation opportunities
- Through independent case management, you make well-founded decisions and carefully document the main themes of the users
- You coordinate the daily group routine, work interdisciplinarily, and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid expertise in social psychiatric support as well as in working with people with mental disabilities and challenging behavior
- Commitment to implementing the human rights convention in everyday life as well as to inclusive, respectful support
- Interest in developing and implementing innovative concepts as well as in co-designing projects in the field of disability assistance
- Strong resource orientation, resilience, teamwork skills, and an independent, solution-oriented working style
