Responsible for Facility Maintenance 90% (m/f/d)
Responsible for Facility Maintenance 90%
Your tasks
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of buildings and surroundings
- Key management
- Inspection and maintenance of medical equipment (beds, walkers, etc.)
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
- Responsibility for apartment handovers and takeovers
- Cross-departmental support for smooth organisation
- Coordinating craftsmen / work
What you bring
- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in facility maintenance
- Knowledge of Office applications
- Driving licence category B (on-call duties)
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines with external service providers
- You are diplomatic, discreet and have a good sense for elderly people
- You have a confident command of the German language, both spoken and written.
