You can contribute in this role
- Handle legal and interdisciplinary issues in the enforcement of health insurance law
- Accompany the implementation of measures for quality development according to Article 58 et seq. KVG, in particular contribute to the development of conceptual and strategic foundations for quality development, review quality contracts and prepare their approval by the Federal Council
- Accompany the implementation of the requirements for the obligation to pass on benefits according to Article 56 paragraph 3 letter b and paragraph 3bis KVG, in particular assist in monitoring compliance with the obligation to pass on benefits and conduct administrative procedures
- Prepare reports and statements in the area of quality development and obligation to pass on benefits
- Prepare and contribute to legislative transactions in the area of quality development and obligation to pass on benefits
What makes you unique
- University degree as a lawyer, preferably with a lawyer's licence or similar additional qualification, professional experience in the federal administration is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance and health law, the Swiss healthcare system and administrative law
- Editorial skills, good sense for analytical and conceptual working methods
- Independent and structured working style with an above-average degree of personal responsibility, communication and teamwork skills
- Good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language
