The following tasks await you:
- Further development and shaping of our gastronomy with the assurance of professional service in all catering areas
- Leadership and development of the approximately 20-member team, including creating duty rosters and ensuring the support of apprentices
- Provision of service duties for patients, guests and employees with all related tasks, including weekends within the deployment times from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm (around 70% for a 100% workload)
- Team development and promotion of a positive team culture
- Administrative tasks such as orders, controlling, staff planning management, budget preparation and documentation, system maintenance, etc.
- Regular exchange with the kitchen management as well as other interdisciplinary stakeholders
- Organisation of internal and external events
- Design of attractive premises
- Increasing the satisfaction of all stakeholders through creative offer ideas
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
You convince us with this profile:
- Passionate hospitality mentality with a personality that can create a unique atmosphere in the catering area with the team
- Basic training and further education (professional certificate) in catering, gastronomy or hotel management (Catering Manager with federal certificate /Gastronomy Operations Manager with federal certificate) or willingness to obtain this
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in gastronomy
- You have a heart for daily service tasks and contact with people
- High service orientation, organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Proven experience in administrative tasks as well as knowledge of hygiene and occupational safety requirements
