Head of Department Gastronomy 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Operational and personnel management of a small gastronomy team
• Active participation in day-to-day business and ensuring smooth operations
• Menu planning, costing, purchasing and inventory management
• Ensuring quality as well as compliance with hygiene and food regulations
• Organisation and coordination of internal and external events
• Economic management of the department and responsibility for the budget
• Further development of the gastronomic offer and implementation of new concepts
• Collaboration with various internal departments

Your profile

• Completed training as a chef EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing a small team
• Experience in service and gastronomy
• Experience in offer planning, costing and purchasing
• Organisational skills, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong hospitality mentality and enjoyment in dealing with different people
• Quality awareness and business understanding
• Open, reliable personality with humour and composure
• Interest in working in a social and diverse environment
