HR Services Specialist (fixed-term for 1 year)

Tasks

• You complete administrative and operational HR tasks punctually and reliably
• You maintain personnel and payroll data in SAP HCM, prepare decrees and contracts, and keep track of permits
• You write employment references and confirmations
• You respond competently and courteously to enquiries from employees and supervisors
• You advise employees on social insurance matters (accident, illness, maternity, military, EO, etc.)
• You provide situational support at the on-site service desk and handle telephone, mail, and email correspondence

Profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ, BM or equivalent)
• At least 4–5 years of experience in personnel administration – ideally in a large company (healthcare sector advantageous)
• Further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist) complements your expertise
• You are very familiar with SAP HCM and MS Office; PEP-Polypoint is a plus
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and maintain an overview even with repetitive tasks
• You communicate clearly, professionally, and treat different stakeholders with respect
• As a team-oriented, honest personality with great commitment and passion for customer service, you fit perfectly with us
