Tasks
At our school, therapies complement individual support during lessons.
As a speech therapist, you take on the broad range of tasks in the speech therapy field: assessment, therapy, reporting, and collaboration internally and externally.
You work in the setting that meets the individual needs of our students, whether individual therapy, small groups, or integratively in the classroom.
In collaboration with the therapy team, teachers, and parents, you contribute your support-oriented approach.
Participation in the entire support team, attending meetings and parent discussions, internal training, as well as co-organizing school events and project weeks complement your diverse range of tasks. We look forward to your active involvement in school development processes.
Requirements
You have a recognized diploma in speech therapy or are about to complete it. Supported communication is an important resource in your therapeutic work.
A respectful and clear approach to students guides your actions.
Attention to small learning progress is one of your strengths and motivates you daily.
Tolerance, resilience, flexibility, and a touch of humor characterize you. You enjoy school-wide collaboration.
You are familiar with support planning in a special public school and appreciate digital tools for this. You have good ICT skills in Microsoft 365 and quickly learn to use our school software.
