Our general contracting division covers the entire value chain from renovation, refurbishment, conversion, and new construction of properties to the development of plots and real estate. From the initial idea through planning and costing to turnkey handover. In doing so, we draw on the know-how of our twelve companies and offer our customers everything from a single source.

For this exciting and varied position, we are looking for an ambitious, positive, and entrepreneurial-minded individual who independently manages projects and competently supports clients from the initial idea to handover.

Your main tasks include:

• Advising and supporting clients from the first contact as well as developing economic and technical solution proposals
• Preparation of cost estimates, cost quotations, TC/GC offers, and fee proposals
• Independent management and coordination of construction projects (renovation, conversion, refurbishment, and new construction)
• Overall responsibility for schedules, costs, quality, and profitability of the projects
• Organisation and management of construction sites as well as coordination of internal companies, specialist planners, and contractors
• Contact person for clients, architects, authorities, and internal departments during all project phases
• Responsibility for tenders, awards, change order management, and project accounting
• Construction site controlling, reporting, as well as ongoing cost and quality management
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and actively supporting the acquisition of new projects

What you bring:

• Completed training in construction (e.g. certified construction manager, HF technician, SBA construction supervisor, FH civil engineer or FH architect)
• Several years of experience in managing conversion, renovation, or new construction projects
• Experience in advising clients as well as preparing cost estimates, quotations, and offers
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong cost and quality awareness
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style with high personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and construction administration (e.g. Messerli or MS Megabau)
• Driving licence category B
