Construction Manager Demolition & Excavation, incl. Excavation of Construction Pits (m,f,d) 100%

Your core responsibilities include the following interesting tasks:

• Independent management of projects in demolition & excavation
• Planning / coordination of personnel, machinery and subcontractors
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality and safety on site
• Preparation and control of measurements, time sheets and additional claims
• Support in costing, as well as participation in construction meetings
• Ensuring an economical and efficient site operation
• In the medium term, we offer you the prospect of deputising for the division management

To convince us with your skills, you bring the following:

• Solid training in the main construction trade, certified technician/construction management
• Practical experience in demolition, dismantling, earthworks is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking/acting as well as a strong cost awareness
• Solution-oriented, independent working style
• Good communication skills in German and IT user knowledge
• Driving licence category B required
