For our New Build GU/TU Department in the Basel region, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a committed Construction Manager (m/f/d). Whether residential buildings, commercial properties or complex infrastructures – Implenia realises new builds with the highest standards of quality, efficiency and sustainability. From the initial idea to turnkey handover, we rely on integral solutions, innovative methods such as BIM and Lean Construction, as well as collaborative partnerships. With solid experience and state-of-the-art technology, we create pioneering buildings.

What you will achieve

• As a construction manager, you lead, realise and coordinate new build projects from project start to defect-free handover as GU/TU
• You prepare estimates and actively manage the subcontractor tender process
• You manage construction sites in a team, taking into account safety, scheduling, quality and quantity requirements
• You are the central point on site and the first contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, the client and authorities

Why you will succeed

• Qualified construction manager, technician TS, architectural draughtsperson or equivalent education/training
• Several years of construction management experience in new build projects (GU/TU)
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are a team player, a good organiser, responsible, result-oriented, flexible, resilient, proactive, efficient and possess a healthy assertiveness
