Specialist Trainers Logistics

Your main tasks:

At our centre, practice and people are at the heart of everything.

You:
■ plan and conduct practice-oriented training and further education in the field of logistics
■ impart specialist knowledge and practical skills to apprentices, course participants and professionals
■ support participants during their training and promote their professional development
■ carry out competency assessments, qualification procedures and practice-related evaluations
■ convey and live safety, quality and environmental standards
■ contribute your experience and ideas to the further development of our training materials, course offerings
and teaching methods
■ ensure a professional training operation and the proper handling of training facilities and work equipment
■ collaborate with internal and external partners from education, business and logistics

Your profile:

You are a practice-oriented person, enjoy working with people and take pleasure in passing on your knowledge.

In addition, you bring the following:
■ completed training in logistics, ideally with a federal specialist certificate or
comparable qualification
■ several years of professional experience and solid practical knowledge in logistics
■ enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and working with different target groups
■ didactic skills, ideally complemented by training as a vocational trainer or adult educator
■ good German language skills, both spoken and written
■ independent, reliable and responsible way of working
■ team spirit and good communication skills
