FaGe or qualified nursing professional as a vocational trainer

• With passion for nursing, you take on daily responsibility together with your team and make the nursing routine a real place of learning for our trainees
• You inspire, support and accompany our trainees as a coach and role model – and help to enthuse new talents for nursing
• You build bridges between residents, relatives and our interdisciplinary team and ensure a trusting cooperation
• You pitch in with the nursing routine, contribute your expertise and shape care that combines humanity and quality

• You have nursing in your blood – whether as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH or FaGe – and already bring valuable professional experience
• Learning never ends for you: you already have the vocational trainer course under your belt or you are keen to pursue the SVEB certificate for trainers in individual coaching
• Supporting young people, passing on knowledge and experiencing development excites you as much as the nursing profession itself
• You know: mistakes are not stumbling blocks but learning opportunities. With patience, trust and humour, you strengthen our trainees in everyday life
• Your strength lies in solution-oriented action – combined with an honest, respectful and authentic manner
• You communicate directly, appreciatively and on equal terms, creating genuine collaboration instead of hierarchical thinking
