Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

What do you bring?

A comprehensive passion for payroll and a strong commitment to providing the best possible advice to our clients. But also:

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll
• Knowledge of income tax, social security, and labour law
• Experience with ABACUS
• Solid knowledge of payroll and HR systems
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Empathy and resilience
• Very good English, fluent German

What tasks can you expect?

• Responsibility for the entire payroll administration
• Implementation of new clients
• Recording and checking personnel changes and salary data in ABACUS
• Processing of withholding tax, family allowances, and social security contributions
• Preparation of salary certificates, employer attestations, statistics, and evaluations
• Contact person for social security and authorities in general
• Support and advice on payroll topics
