Service Technician (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)

In this versatile role, you will take on the following tasks:

• Maintenance work in the HVAC sector for various customers
• Repairs on HVAC systems
• You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding the maintenance and care of building technology systems
• Coordination of various service deliveries
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analysis and troubleshooting of faults, ensuring system availability
• Support with general building maintenance tasks

You are a service provider by conviction. Positive feedback motivates you and drives you to further top performances. You bring the following qualifications:

• Basic technical training in heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Knowledge in the electrical field is an advantage
• Professional experience with HVAC systems and in maintenance
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness for on-call duty
• Driving licence category B
