We stand for coordination training, the intelligent interplay of body and brain. You can find our concept and products in fitness and physio studios – in Switzerland and internationally. Job Description

For our HR team, we are looking for a committed, independently working individual who is eager to actively shape this path. As Head, you are responsible together with your team expert for the entire range of HR at Sensopro.

The role combines operational HR day-to-day business with the opportunity to further develop structures and processes. You are close to our employees and managers, get involved in everyday tasks yourself, and ensure that HR evolves with Sensopro’s growth. The use of intelligent, digital applications for daily business is a matter of course.

Your Profile

• Completed training or further education in Human Resources or a comparable qualification as well as several years of practical experience in HR, ideally in an SME environment
• Experience in building or further developing HR processes as well as in HR consulting
• In-depth understanding of the entire employee lifecycle and the corresponding processes
• Independent, structured and pragmatic way of working
• Enjoy taking responsibility, shaping the future and working closely in a team at the same time
• You communicate confidently with employees and managers
• Fluent German, very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage

We work 40 hours per week, take holidays every 5 weeks and can buy additional holiday weeks. We identify with what we do. Salary

85,000 - 105,000 CHF (yearly)
