Contribute

• Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of Endocrinology/Diabetology as well as ensuring a high-quality, evidence-based and economical care
• Outpatient and inpatient care of patients as well as further development of the endocrinological and diabetological service offering
• Further development of diagnostic and therapeutic processes as well as initiation and implementation of clinical projects
• Promotion, coaching and development of employees as well as active participation in training, further education and continuing education
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with Internal Medicine and especially with Surgery, Nuclear Medicine, Rheumatology and Radiology
• Expansion of cooperation with general practitioners, referrers and other regional partners
• Co-shaping the strategic further development of Endocrinology/Diabetology and the Medical Clinic at Spital Bülach
• Participation in the internal medicine service is desirable

Bring along

• Specialist title in Endocrinology/Diabetology, ideally complemented by the specialist title in General Internal Medicine or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Several years of clinical experience and proven expertise in the entire spectrum of Endocrinology and Diabetology
• Experience in a leading role as well as pronounced integrative leadership skills
• Enjoyment in promoting, developing and enabling employees according to their individual strengths
• High social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Entrepreneurial thinking, quality and service understanding as well as willingness to actively shape change
• Identification with a values- and strengths-oriented leadership culture
