Would you like to commit yourself to young people with special needs and support them in the career choice process? Then become part of our interdisciplinary team! Bring in your skills, help shape the programme and accompany the young people as they discover their talents and on their way into the world of work.

Your Tasks

• Planning and implementation of teaching sequences in groups within the framework of career orientation.
• Coaching/support of young people in their individual career choice process.
• Preparation, support and evaluation of external internships.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Acquisition of trial placements, work training and apprenticeships in the primary and secondary labour market.
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with partners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all internal and external reference groups.

• Job Coach (Supported Employment) or social pedagogue FH/HF with professional background and experience in the field.
• Practical experience working with young people with special needs and behavioural difficulties.
• Good knowledge of the education landscape.
• Very good knowledge of French.
• Driving licence.
