"Growing together" operates six nurseries in the city of Zurich and the Limmattal. We offer quality- and needs-oriented childcare. Through growing and developing together, we aim to strengthen our position in the childcare market.

Then we are exactly the right place for you!

We are looking for interns for all our nurseries from summer 2026 who we will prepare for apprenticeships starting in 2027! Nurseries "Schnappi", "Dino", "Fröschlihuus", "Dinolina", "Harmonie"

and "Schildchrötli" can already offer vacancies immediately.

Our nurseries care for children aged from 3 months up to kindergarten entry in two to five mixed-age groups. Your main tasks will include co-caring for the children and actively, independently assisting in daily nursery life. Conducting activities and accompanying free play, as well as promoting and supporting the children in their individual development, are also part of your responsibilities.

Regular guidance sessions with a training plan for interns, 5 weeks’ holiday, internal training opportunities, biannual qualifications, open apprenticeships for all suitable for the Childcare Specialist profession who have successfully completed their internship, fair salaries and healthy, good meals throughout the day.
