What you will do
Ensuring smooth operational business as well as high data and process quality along our marketplace products
Analysing and handling operational questions from partners and internal stakeholders
Documenting, analysing and optimising business and operational processes including identifying and supporting automation potentials
Capturing, structuring and prioritising professional and technical requirements as well as creating user stories for Product and Engineering
Close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success for the successful implementation of new solutions
Supporting tests, releases and rollouts of new functions and processes
Analysing process and system issues as well as participating in root cause analysis and solution finding
Analysing operational key figures as well as identifying and implementing improvement and scaling potentials
Actively shaping efficient and future-proof processes for the further growth of our marketplace products

Required Skills and Qualifications
What we expect from you
2–5 years of professional experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management or a comparable field
Strong process and analytical understanding as well as enjoyment in structuring and improving complex workflows.
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Interest in technical topics and digital products and collaboration with technical teams
Experience with digital business tools (e.g. ticketing or automations)
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
What you bring with you

Nice to Have
Experience in a SaaS, platform or marketplace environment
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Zoho
Experience in collaboration with Product or Engineering teams
Basic understanding of APIs, data flows and/or system integrations
