For our location in Andermatt we are looking for a flexible and motivated personality for the role of Customer Companion. The training starts on 1 November 2026.

Your Field of Activity

You advise and support our national and international customers on the regional trains across the entire network of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn between Zermatt and Disentis
You are a travel companion, host and central contact person for our demanding customers on the premium product "Glacier Express"
You take on operational and commercial tasks during train accompaniment and ensure a high travel comfort for our guests
You actively advise and sell attractive additional offers on the trains of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn
On the train, you ensure with your excellent customer service that our guests enjoy travelling by train often and gladly

Your Profile

Completed basic training in the service sector / sales / tourism or gastronomy
You have a strong customer orientation and appreciate direct and personal contact with our guests
You speak fluent German and have good English skills; further foreign language skills are an advantage
You see irregular working hours and weekend shifts as an opportunity for flexible leisure time
