There is plenty to do with us
- You design and develop talent acquisition within the JURA Materials corporate group and develop a forward-looking recruiting strategy that sustainably supports growth and company success.
- By continuously improving processes, standards and governance structures, you create the foundation for a professional and positive candidate experience.
- As a sparring partner on equal footing, you advise managers and HR officers on all talent acquisition matters and actively support key recruitments.
- You take responsibility for end-to-end recruiting of selected specialists and executives, working closely with local HR managers.
- With a keen sense for key figures, budgets and partner management, you ensure an efficient and successful recruiting organisation.
- In close cooperation with HR and marketing, you strengthen our employer brand and develop innovative measures to attract talent.
This is how you contribute with us
- You have a university degree specialising in Human Resources, business psychology or a comparable qualification.
- In your career so far, you have gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a national and international as well as dynamic environment.
- You convince with proven success in filling demanding specialist and management positions as well as with your ability to build and further develop future-oriented recruiting structures.
- You use modern recruiting tools confidently; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- As a trusted contact person, you impress with strong advisory and communication skills as well as professional stakeholder management.
- You act entrepreneurially, think solution-oriented and bring the necessary implementation strength to consistently drive topics forward.
- In addition to confident German skills, you have very good English skills. French skills ideally complete your profile.
- You are available for initial online interviews from Tuesday, 3 November 2026.
