Do you have experience in property accounting and enjoy working precisely and carefully? Support our client on a temporary basis with the booking and reconciliation of heating and ancillary costs!

For an established company in the real estate sector, we are looking to strengthen the finance team with a Clerk for Heating Ancillary Costs & Accounting 60-100%. You will support the property accounting team regarding heating and ancillary costs and work in a collegial environment. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement for three to five months. The workplace is centrally located in Basel City and easily accessible by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:
• Booking and reconciliation of heating and ancillary costs
• Checking and processing of existing bookings and statements
• Support in the preparation and processing of year-end closing tasks
• Assistance as needed in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting

You offer your new employer:
• Initial professional experience in property accounting
• Experience in booking and reconciling heating and ancillary costs
• Good knowledge of GARAIO REM or comparable accounting software as well as confident use of the MS Office suite
