Shunting Operator Rail 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the flawless operational functionality of the company-owned rail system
• Shunting rail wagons (Rüti b. Büren - Arch) in compliance with applicable rail traffic regulations
• Responsible for correct labelling as well as preparation and planning for the marshalling of outgoing rail wagons
• Timely preparation and provision of wagons for daily operations in the areas of plant logistics and recycling, as well as for inbound and outbound SBB transports
• Conducting final checks before the end of work

You bring with you:

• Training at least according to VTE 10 or a higher qualification, e.g. A40/A
• Several years of professional experience in shunting is required, preferably in the chemical-technical sector
• Technical understanding and good spatial imagination
• Confidence in handling the relevant work equipment (locomotive/rail tank wagons)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Punctual, resilient, flexible and absolutely reliable personality with a cool head in hectic times
