A Socioprofessional Master or an Educator 60% (Permanent Contract)
Context and Mission
As a team coordinator, you ensure the coordination of safety and workshop activities, as well as the socioprofessional support of workers. You ensure a structured, safe and adapted working environment to their needs, while guaranteeing the smooth running of the workshops and the follow-up of the main responsibilities related to your role. You carry out your duties in a spirit of collaboration, quality and shared responsibility, contributing to the continuous development of activities.
In this versatile role, you occupy a central position between human support, professional supervision, coordination and continuous improvement of practices.
On a daily basis, you:
Substitute the MSPs in the various workshops according to sector needs;
Participate in conferences, team meetings, supervisions, intervisions and training days ;
Coordinate safety procedures in the workshops and ensure the application of procedures.
Carry out the monthly check of the team cash as well as the status points of the various accounts with your team during the calendar year.
Ensure the coordination of logistics for the various mandates related to production.
Your Profile
You are a person capable of quickly adapting to different workshop environments. Autonomous, organised and rigorous in managing priorities you are comfortable with coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders (multidisciplinary teams, families, legal representatives and external partners)
Degree as Socioprofessional Master, Social Educator, or equivalent training;
Proven experience in socioprofessional support or the disability field;
Knowledge of intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorders;
Mastery of digital tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, etc) ;
Category B driving licence;
Clean criminal record.
