About the job
Your Tasks
- You act as the bridge between IT and the business departments for our insurance client
- You collect and analyse business processes, identify weaknesses and potential improvements in the use of IT and material resources
- You are responsible for the development, documentation and communication of requirements for sustainable solutions, such as SYRIUS, CRM and Enterprise Datawarehouse
Your Skills
- You have a university degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification. You are used to thinking holistically and working in a structured way to solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner
- You have proven process knowledge in the insurance environment or have a close connection to comparable tasks
- You have in-depth knowledge and several years of experience in business process analysis and requirements management, ideally with certification
- You have experience in model-based working methods (in BPMN and UML) with common tools such as Sparx EA
- You have a diplomatic, communicative and cooperative personality
- You have an independent, reliable working style and a quick grasp
- You have good oral and written expression in German and ideally in English
