Job Description

Your work within the social service of the Mental Health Pole Medicentre:

- Collaborate with various health and social professionals within the Medicentre as well as the Arc Network, in connection with the psycho-social follow-up of patients admitted on an outpatient basis as well as in semi-inpatient clinics

- Assist in the social and professional reintegration of the patient

- Network work with our partners

- Advise and support patients on professional, legal, financial, and family matters

- Assist and guide the patient with external structures

Qualifications

- Bachelor in social work HES or equivalent recognized title

- Bilingualism required (follow-up of German-speaking patients)  

- Professional experience desirable

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Interest in interdisciplinary work

- Sense of responsibility and good priority management

- Flexibility

- Initiative

- Ability to integrate and adapt
