Junior Payroll Specialist 80%
Your area of responsibility
- Preparing and executing the monthly payroll runs
- Handling and settling sickness/accident, maternity/paternity, EO, family allowances as well as withholding taxes
- Recording and processing master and payroll data in the time/payroll systems and conducting payroll runs
- Checking and reconciling financial accounts and preparing annual statements for financial accounting
- Advising and professionally supporting employees and managers
- Participating in HR projects for digitalisation, process optimisation and introduction of self-services
This job is just right for you if you...
- have completed further training as an HR assistant or are training as an HR specialist
- have gained 2 - 3 years of practical experience in HR services or payroll in a large company
- have carried out monthly and annual closings for posting in financial accounting
- bring know-how in processing variable payroll mutations and time accounting
- have acquired good user knowledge of payroll and time systems as well as MS Excel
- work in a structured, service-oriented and independent manner while pursuing a high quality standard
- communicate competently in German and English, both orally and in writing
