We are looking to strengthen the team from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement for a Clerk Civil Registry Office (80 - 100 %).
This position is aimed at persons who are willing to complete the approximately two-year part-time training in civil registry matters and to obtain the federally recognised specialist certificate for civil registry officers.

What you can achieve
- Assistance with registrations in civil status matters (birth, child recognition, name declarations, death, etc.)
- Conducting marriage preparation procedures and weddings
- Preparing extracts from the civil status register
- Conducting funeral discussions and organising funerals
- Providing information and advice to customers at the counter and by telephone
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in public administration is an advantage
- Good written and spoken expression in German
- Foreign language skills desired
- Enjoyment in contact with people from different cultures and life situations
- Flexibility, resilience and confident appearance
- Motivation to successfully complete the specialist certificate for civil registry officers alongside work
