Team Leader Radiology Specialists CT/X-ray 80-100%

Your main tasks
- As a team leader, you take on the personnel management of a team of 4 to 6 radiology specialists and promote the individual development of your employees through annual feedback discussions. In doing so, you observe the target specifications according to the strategies and annual goals of the DPM and the Clinic for Neuroradiology
- You support the department management in professional and organisational leadership tasks, share responsibility for personnel deployment planning, the induction of new employees, and the promotion of team development
- You actively contribute to ensuring and further developing image quality, implement quality standards and participate in shared governance committees or specialist groups
- You actively participate in projects and change processes in the highly specialised field of neuroradiology and contribute your professional expertise specifically to innovation and optimisation initiatives
- You share responsibility for the training, further education and professional development of the subordinate employees and promote their career advancement
- You promote interdisciplinary internal and external collaboration as well as constructive communication
- You actively work in routine tasks and contribute your expertise
Your profile
- Completed training as a radiology specialist HF/FH, preferably with leadership experience
- Experience in the field of neuroradiology is an advantage
- High motivation to continuously develop the neuroradiology department in collaboration with the department management
- Strong organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to communicate across all hierarchical levels
- Familiarity with digital media, good German language skills in spoken and written form
