Your main tasks
- Together with your team, you ensure safe and reliable patient and patient-related transports within the USZ
- Duty scheduling as well as demand-oriented and efficient personnel deployment planning are among your tasks
- You continuously review, optimise, and actively implement improvements to work processes
- By planning and conducting training sessions, you promote the professional development of your employees
- A friendly, professional, and efficient service is a matter of course for you
- In day-to-day operations, you pitch in and support the 7×24 operation with night and weekend shifts as needed
Your profile
- Leadership experience as a team or shift leader or in a comparable role
- Open and clear communication, confident appearance, and assertiveness characterise you
- Enjoyment in pitching in and actively participating in operational daily business
- Your structured and organised working style helps you keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people come naturally to you
- Reliability, resilience, and willingness to take responsibility complete your profile
- You also bring good IT user skills
