Your future areas of responsibility

• Competent advice and support for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters throughout the entire HR lifecycle
• Sparring partner for managers on all topics of personnel and succession planning, personnel development, disciplinary management, and leadership
• Accompanying and managing the recruitment process as well as internal mobility in close cooperation with managers
• Managing long-term absences and supporting the reintegration of employees
• Active participation in various HR projects and involvement in the development and optimisation of HR processes
• Speaker for recurring HR events and HR training sessions

Your skills and competencies

• Further education in HRM (federal diploma HR or Bachelor) and at least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a similar role (ideally in an industrial environment)
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP
• Communicative, trustworthy, and service-oriented personality with high social competence
• Independent and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong advisory and coaching skills
• Confident appearance, assertiveness, as well as high resilience and team spirit

Languages

Business fluent German or French skills as well as very good knowledge of the other language.
