We are looking for a Construction Manager Execution GU/TU for our office in Gisikon. Exciting projects await you with us, ranging from commercial and residential buildings to timber high-rises and industrial constructions, and we offer you a modern working environment. Furthermore, Lean principles and BIM are not just theory for us but are comprehensively and consistently implemented in our projects. Your responsibilities

• As a Construction Manager, you lead, realise and coordinate new build projects from project start to defect-free handover as GU/TU
• You prepare estimates and actively manage the subcontractor tendering process
• You manage construction sites in a team, taking into account safety, scheduling, quality and quantity requirements
• You are the central point of contact on site and the first contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, clients and authorities

Why you will succeed

• Qualified Construction Manager, Technician TS, Structural Draftsperson or equivalent education/training
• Several years of site management experience in new build projects (GU/TU)
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are a team player, a good organiser, responsible, result-oriented, flexible, resilient, proactive, efficient and possess a healthy assertiveness
