Sales & Finance Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Handling invoicing including contracts, warranty and insurance documents

• Efficient processing of all administrative sales processes from offer to filing

• Maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable and receivable including financial statements

• Dunning and receivables management with tact

• Customer support by phone and in writing at a high level

• Planning and execution of marketing campaigns including segmentation, mailings and events

• Preparation of statistics, evaluations and reports for sales management

• Reliable handling of general administration and business correspondence

• Active support of the sales team from first contact to handover

• Organisation and coordination of test drives including scheduling and resource planning

• Assistance with customer events, presentations and special projects

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a commercial or technical EFZ qualification, ideally with further commercial training - automotive industry would be the icing on the cake

• You bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the premium sector

• You have a very good command of German, plus good English and/or French

• You are very familiar with MS Office, financial and ERP systems

• You enjoy working in a service-oriented, structured and independent manner

• You convince in customer contact with a professional and friendly manner

• You are organised, resilient and love variety in your job
