Your Challenge

The varied range of tasks includes the care and support of our patients from admission to discharge. From breakfast to dinner, you anticipate our patients' wishes and accompany them with a smile through the daily clinic routine. You work in the early or late shift (between 06:30 and 19:30) without room hours and on average two weekends per month.
As the weekend coordinator, you take over the coordination at the weekend, accompany new employees during their induction, and assume additional administrative tasks on behalf of the department management.

We are looking for employees with hosting skills for this role. You are open, empathetic, and flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and people. You impress with a quick grasp, always have an open ear, and take time for the patients assigned to you even in hectic situations. You must have experience or training in the hospitality industry, preferably in healthcare, and see yourself as a service-oriented and committed personality.
For the care of our private and VIP patients, experience in upscale gastronomy/hotelry is advantageous.
If you also have a polished appearance, very good language skills in German and English, and are proficient in computer use (Sanalogic desirable), we look forward to your application.
