YOUR SPECIALITY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE
- Communicate and assist our customers by phone and email in German and French when there is a problem. Absolutely.
- Process online orders via various marketplaces as well as manage returns and secondhand items. Gladly.

THIS IS YOU
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or several years of experience in the commercial field. It shows in your profile.
- Language skills in French (level B1+). Oui, bien sûr.
- Experience in customer service or complaints handling and product knowledge. That’s necessary.
- Clear, friendly and solution-oriented expression, both written and spoken. Empathy is part of you.
- Flexible availability. Shifts are coordinated within the team and are between 08:00-18:30 and about once a month on Saturdays. Yes, you see advantages in flexibility!
- Confident handling of IT systems, ticketing software and various channels. You are used to it.
- Research information in parallel, keep several enquiries in view and work in a structured way. That’s you.
