Receptionist with Changing Work Locations 40% (a)

This is a permanent full-time position with monthly salary and assignments from Monday to Friday. The working hours are usually (depending on the location) between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Your main tasks:

- Reception and care of customers, visitors, and employees
- Receiving and forwarding incoming calls in German and English
- Processing emails as well as daily mail and courier shipments
- Access management and badge administration
- Reservation and coordination of meeting rooms
- Processing customer orders in the corresponding tool
- Administrative tasks, e.g., parking management, various orders, detailed clarifications, etc.

Your profile:

- Professional experience in a similar role
- Fluent German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Good PC skills and understanding of various online tools
- High flexibility regarding working hours and locations in Central Switzerland
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a winning appearance and very good manners
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
