At the headquarters in Perlen, we are looking for an independent, integral and reliable personality to strengthen our small HR team from January 2027 at the latest. In this versatile role, you are in daily direct contact with our employees.
Your tasksStrategic advice: You advise and support managers in all personnel-related, labour law and strategic issues
Organisational development: You accompany change processes (change management) and support the development of team structures
Talent management: You develop concepts for employee retention, performance management and succession planning
HR projects: You independently lead innovative HR projects (e.g. introduction of new tools, employer branding)
Operational excellence: You manage the entire employee lifecycle for your area of responsibility – from onboarding to offboarding
International topics: You are in contact with our foreign subsidiaries and ensure that processes or international tasks are implemented on time
Your profile
You have a degree (business administration, business law) with a focus on HR or a comparable HR qualification (e.g. Swiss Federal HR Certificate). In addition, you bring sound and many years of professional experience (at least 7 years) as an HR Business Partner in an international environment. Experience in an industrial environment as well as knowledge of the special conditions of a 4-shift operation are a great advantage. Furthermore, you have very good knowledge of labour law and convince with strong communication and negotiation skills. In addition to very good German skills, you also communicate confidently in English. You are proficient in the common Microsoft Office applications. As a service- and team-oriented personality, you act responsibly, flexibly and proactively. You are characterised by a structured and efficient way of working and appreciate open, partnership-based exchange with managers and employees.
