The Justitia 4.0 project is working towards the digitalisation of the Swiss justice system. The project team currently consists of around fifty people, supported by external collaborators and partner companies. We develop two software solutions for judicial authorities (the justitia.swiss platform for electronic communication in the judicial field and case consultation, as well as the judicial case application (JCA) for processing and managing digital files) and support judicial authorities in their digital transition. The project team has grown significantly in recent months and will continue to evolve in the future. In the coming months, the project will be transferred to an operational organisation, a public law corporation.
Within our team and in our collaboration with our stakeholders, different cultures and professional fields come together (IT, change management, communication, law, public sector). That is why trust, transparency, collegiality, a solution-oriented error culture, as well as relationships based on esteem and respect, are essential to us.
For the deployment of the JCA in target organisations and the ongoing development of the application, we are looking for a
