As Managing Director, you will significantly shape the success of our PKZ MEN branch in Shoppyland Schönbühl. With your passion for fashion, sales and leadership, you will create an exceptional shopping experience together with your team and bring our "Passion for Fashion" to life every day.

To succeed a forthcoming retirement, we are looking for an inspiring and entrepreneurial-minded personality as Managing Director 80-100% from January 2027 or by arrangement.

• You will inspire our customers with first-class service and personal advice
• As a host personality, you create a welcoming shopping atmosphere and actively embody our service culture
• You lead, motivate and develop your team of four employees and promote a positive and performance-oriented collaboration
• You are responsible for the operational management of the branch as well as for achieving sales and company targets
• You analyse key figures, derive targeted measures and ensure compliance with defined cost structures
• You participate in management meetings and work closely with the purchasing and sales departments

• Completed training in retail, ideally supplemented by business or leadership-related further education
• Several years of leadership experience in retail or a comparable customer-oriented environment
• Passion for sales, customer service and high-quality fashion
• Winning, communicative and empathetic personality with natural leadership skills
• High initiative, entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to set priorities and take responsibility
• Business fluent German; additional language skills are an advantage
• Ideally, you have good regional networking and know the local market
