Process Specialist in Work Preparation & Production Planning (m/f/d)

Role:
In this position, you support operational planning and coordinate various processes within work preparation. You accompany projects, optimise existing processes, and ensure reliable material and document management.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate demand and material planning and ensure smooth operations.
You accompany internal projects, monitor their progress, and coordinate the corresponding tasks.
You contribute to the digitalisation and optimisation of existing work processes.
You analyse operational key figures and develop appropriate improvement measures.
You check and approve technical documents and changes, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
You process material requests in the ERP system and monitor their handling.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial or technical basic education with a Federal VET Diploma; further training as a process specialist, operations specialist, or technician HF is advantageous.
You bring several years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or work preparation (AVOR) in an industrial environment.
You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems.
You convince through an independent, precise, and reliable working style as well as flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills.
