Intern Facility Maintenance / 80-100%

The internship duration can be defined together.

Your Tasks

Maintenance of all technical, electrical, and sanitary systems
Maintenance of machinery, vehicles, and cleaning equipment
Management and maintenance of care aids
Accompanying and supervising company assignments
Troubleshooting, especially heating, ventilation, and electrical installations. General maintenance and repair work on the facility or the IT system
Receiving deliveries and incoming inspection of non-food materials including proper storage
Coordination and execution of resident requests
Setting up rooms for events and ensuring the required technology
Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated
Plant care in the house and on the terrace

What You Bring

You have a good technical sense
You treat elderly people in a friendly and respectful manner
Diplomacy and discretion are a matter of course for you
Good knowledge of German
