You have a technical basic education, enjoy working with people and want to take on responsibility? Then you are right with us.

To strengthen our core team, we are looking for a motivated individual for technical sales.

What awaits you – With us, you are not just a salesperson.

You will become the technical contact person for our customers, identify potential, develop relationships and help to further develop Mandatec.

Your focus lies in:

• Acquisition of new customers and projects as well as support and development of existing customers
• Technical consulting and solution finding
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Planning and implementation of targeted marketing measures and campaigns

In addition, you can take on additional responsibility in business analysis and corporate development with the core team.

What you bring – Sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

More important than experience are your commitment, character and motivation to grow together.

• Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic)
• Enjoyment in dealing with people, high social competence and strong communication skills
• Proven experience in professional dealings with external business partners
• Initiative, willingness to learn as well as team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Confident German language skills and additional language skills (French, English) are an advantage
• Valid driving licence category B and high willingness to travel
