About us

Martin Engineering AG has been owner-managed since 1985 and is the market leader for dental ERP software in Switzerland. Over 1,600 dental and dental hygiene practices use our main product ZaWin daily. We develop and operate ZaWin entirely ourselves, with a team of ten developers in Nänikon. In addition, we provide the appropriate practice IT. Being a market leader means for us to keep moving. Our environment changes quickly, so we work agilely and continuously develop our processes. Your role

You take the practice by the hand during their IT project. Before you implement an order, you check whether it makes sense for the practice. Then you implement it, test everything, and hand over the result to the practice. The practice always knows who is responsible: you. Your projects are diverse. They range from smaller extensions to the complete initial setup of ZaWin in a new dental practice.

Your tasks

• You independently implement customer projects around ZaWin: installations, cloud migrations, adjustments
• You check orders before starting and clarify open questions with the practice and internally
• You set up interfaces and test them, for example X-ray systems, EC terminals, printers, online calendar and SMS dispatch
• You mostly work remotely; visits to the practice are the exception
• You close projects cleanly: test functions, instruct the practice team, obtain acceptance
• You are the contact person for the practice during the project and in the first weeks afterwards
• You work closely with project coordination, technology and our service desk and document your solutions

What you bring

• You like to work independently, organise your tasks autonomously and appreciate a varied working environment
• You think along, contribute your own ideas and approach new processes and changes openly and flexibly
• Good service is a given for you: you listen, explain clearly and remain friendly even in hectic moments
• You have a good IT understanding (Windows, basic networking, cloud). You do not have to be an IT specialist.
• You bring experience in IT support, project management or another role with a lot of customer contact
• ZaWin knowledge is a plus but not a requirement. We will train you thoroughly.
• You speak very good German; a category B driving licence is an advantage
