These are your tasks
- Prepare, execute and be responsible for the monthly payroll process
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in the areas of wages, social security, withholding taxes and labour law together with a second specialist
- Make changes in the area of social security and process them on time
- Be responsible within the team for cooperation with social security institutions (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, BVG, UVG, KTG, family allowances as well as EO compensations)
- Carry out year-end tasks such as wage statements, declarations and reconciliations with the financial accounting department
- Assist in the correct recording and processing of time management data such as on-call duty and shifts - depending on the level of employment
- Develop processes and digitalisation further together with the team
This is what distinguishes you
- Commercial basic training with advanced training in payroll or social security
- Several years of experience in end-to-end responsibility for the payroll process
- Sound knowledge of the relevant legal provisions
- Good knowledge of SAP and ideally SuccessFactors
- Openness to further development together with the entire HR Services team
